By using Lattice, you agree to these terms. They are short because the game is simple.
Lattice is a hex-grid word-puzzle game from Quiet Paper Studio. The first 75 grids (Worlds 1-3) are free to play. The remaining 175 grids unlock with a one-time $1.99 purchase, made through your device's app store (Apple, Google).
When you open the app, we create an anonymous account so your progress saves and (when online) syncs across devices. If you want a recoverable identity that survives losing the device, sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Otherwise the anonymous account is lost with the device — we have no way to recover it.
The full-unlock purchase is a one-time, non-consumable product. It unlocks every grid in this version of Lattice on the platform you purchased on. Purchases are handled by the respective app store, subject to their terms. Refunds are handled through the store you purchased from, according to their refund policy.
Don't try to break things. Don't attempt to bypass the paywall. There is no multiplayer or social layer, so abuse vectors are limited — but please don't try to create them through server exploits.
We do our best to keep Lattice working. Because Lattice is a small game from a small studio, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If the cloud sync is temporarily down, the game continues to work with local progress.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lattice.
You can stop using Lattice and delete your data via Settings → Delete account at any time. We can terminate access to server features if a user abuses the system in a way that threatens the service for other players.
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here and bump the date. Meaningful changes will also be shown in-app.
